The SCI, as agent for Andaman & Nicobar Administration, manages vessels, plying between Mainland (Chennai, Kolkata & Vizag) - Sri Vijaya Puram sector and Inter-Island Operations.

There are 8 inter-island vessels and one general Cargo vessel M.V.Chuglam.
