1. Charter Period: Firm 5 years +/- 3 months at Choption from the date of actual delivery.

2. Cargo: Dirty Petroleum Products, Crude Oil, Maximum three (3) grades to be loaded within vessel’s natural segregation.

        3 Laycan:  1^st April’ 2025 – 30^th June’ 2025.  TBN by Owners to 15 days window, further TBN by Charterers to 5 days.

4. Port of Delivery: AFSPS 1 SP in AG at Charterer’s option.

5. Redelivery:  DLOSP 1SP/1 SA  AG / INDIA-JAPAN RANGE INCLUDING CHINA AND S. KOREA / USG / USAC / CARIBS (EXCLUDING CUBA, PUERTO RICO AND HISPANIOLA) / EUROMED NOT EAST BUT INCLUDING GREECE IN CHARTERER’S OPTION ATDNSHINC – MAHESH MOTE
