Overview

SCI through its corporate policy and philosophy has committed itself to social responsibility for the benefit of society at large. SCI’s CSR & Sustainability Policy adheres to

Section 135 of the Companies Act, 2013 (hereinafter referred as Act)
DPE Guidelines on CSR & Sustainability Policy issued in April 2013 and October 2014
Ministry of Corporate Affairs Notification on CSR rules effective from 1st April 2014
Guidelines as advised by the DPE from time to time.

The target areas of SCI’s CSR & Suitability initiatives adheres to the Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013 & Amendment to Schedule VII (hereinafter referred as Schedule) and any such other activity as directed by GOI-MoS and DPE.
